The Power of Acceptance

3 Navigational Insights

  1. Honest Coordinates: You cannot successfully navigate to a new destination if you are lying to yourself about your starting point. Change requires an honest acceptance of where you currently are—even if it's uncomfortable. The same is true for your destination.

  2. The Courage to Coast or Change: Acceptance is a crossroads. It means looking at your creative life and consciously deciding whether you are ready to put in the work to change, or if you need to accept staying on the path you are currently on.

  3. Letting Go Creates Space: You cannot welcome new, aligned opportunities into your life if your hands are tightly gripping commitments and collaborators that no longer serve you.
